Why Burgess

Burgess Ambulance Sales, Inc. has been in business for over 70 years. We pride ourselves in the service that we extend to our customers by providing an in-house service facility and certified body shop. Our certified body shop personnel and technicians work exclusively with professional vehicles and are specially trained, and authorized by Road Rescue and McCoy Miller to make warranty repairs. Centrally located in Ohio, we also offer our customers the use of a loaner vehicle if their unit is out of service for an extended period of time, as well as pick-up and delivery of vehicles for warranty repairs. Burgess Ambulance Sales provides on-site repairs with our mobile service unit. We have spent many years fine tuning our skills for making collision repairs for McCoy Miller, Road Rescue and other manufacturers, as well as being qualified to maintain the factory warranty on the paint, conversion, electrical, or structure of the unit. We know of no other dealer in the state that offers their customers this expertise or facilities. Our company is in compliance with all dealer licensing laws for the state of Ohio. This is an important factor for the customer when purchasing a vehicle since an unlicensed dealer's vehicle will not fall under the Lemon Law. Pursuant to the requirements of the State of Ohio, we also possess a $100,000 dealer bond, which guarantees service on the vehicle.

We hope that you will consider the many benefits we are able to offer our customers, and welcome the opportunity to bring a demonstrator model to your location for inspection.
